Sefirot Course

The Sefirot are the divine emanations brought down by Kabbalah that channels unique shades of G-d’s light into the world. Our course offers a deep-dive into each one of the Sefirot as a framework for self-growth, spiritual development, interpersonal refinement, and holistic healing.

For each Sefirah, we have a beautiful downloadable/printable manual to keep forever, pre-recorded meditations, teachings, and yoga flows, book & class recommendations for extended learning, and LIVE group zoom gathers to integrate the wisdom in a like-minded community of spiritual seekers.

There are 2 Course Options to choose from:

1. Pre-recorded: Purchase the course anytime and work through the material at your own pace. This option includes an optional 1:1 meeting with the instructor each week via Zoom.

2. Live with a cohort online: Work through the pre-recorded material at your own pace, yet join the cohort once a week live via zoom. Complimentary 1:1 session with the instructor each week.

For each Sefirah we will explore the:

-avodah (spiritual work) to balance the energy out

-internal contemplation: Where is the Sefirah out of balance in your life?

How does the live cohort course work?

• After registration, we will add you to our course platform on Teachable to access all the downloadable manuals, pre-recorded videos, and live zoom recordings of our Sefirot classes/meets. At your own leisure, you can access all the course content.

• Our course will run for 8-weeks. Every Sunday, we will have our live zoom group gather . You will have an option to meet once more during the week with a Chevrusa (study partner) to deepen the teachings using the manual and recommended resources as a guide for exploration.

• You will have an open channel to the teacher, including a 1:1 meeting if you desire, to deepen the journey of each Sefirah.

• Course registration is ongoing.

• You will be added to a private Sefirot whatsapp group for (almost) daily inspiration, shares and community building

How does the pre-recorded course work?

• After registration, we will add you to our course platform on Teachable to access all the downloadable manuals, pre-recorded videos, and previous live zoom recordings of our Sefirot classes. At your own leisure, you can access all the course content.

• (optional) You will schedule a 1:1 session with the instructor each week to delve into each Sefirah. At these sessions, expect interpersonal work, embodiment exercises, and personal guidance for your current life experience. This will be a coaching session through the framework of the Sefirot.

Do I need prior knowledge on the subject?

• No prior knowledge or experience with the Sefirot is necessary. However, if you come from a kabbalistic or Chassidic background, this course will definitely expand and deepen your knowledge, as well as give you an opportunity to actively work on yourself using the Sefirot as a healing modality and framework for self-growth and actualization .

How much does it cost?

• Both course options costs 300$, including:

  • access to materials for life: Sefirot manuals, live zoom recordings, & pre-recorded yoga and meditation videos

  • invitations to all live zoom meets (and future ones after your 7-weeks are completed)

  • option for 1:1 meeting with the facilitator for each Sefirah
